1. General Terms

  • All transactions and exports by AVSHINE TRADE PVT. LTD. are governed by these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • The buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms upon placing an order.

2. Product Orders & Pricing

  • Prices quoted are FOB/CIF unless specified otherwise and are subject to fluctuations based on market rates, availability, and currency variations.
  • AVSHINE TRADE PVT. LTD. reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice in case of major market shifts.

3. Payment Terms

  • Orders will be processed upon receipt of full or advance payment, as mutually agreed.
  • Payment can be made via TT, LC, or other mutually agreed international payment methods.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery timeline is within 60 working days after receipt of payment, subject to product availability and customs formalities.

5. Quality & Inspection

  • All products are inspected prior to dispatch. Third-party pre-shipment inspection can be arranged on request and at the buyer’s cost.
  • Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of goods.

6. Shipping & Risk

  • Risk of goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier/shipping agent.
  • AVSHINE TRADE PVT. LTD. shall not be held responsible for transit loss, damage, or delay once goods are handed over to the shipping line.

7. Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled without written approval. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per mutually agreed conditions.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar.
